The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner produced forged experience certificate to get job of teacher. Submission of the petitioner is that no experience certificate was produced by the petitioner nor any weightage on that certificate was given by the appointing authority. The petitioner has already been removed from the job. Let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on
