2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 341, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.01.2024 at about 11 AM, due to previous land dispute, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 5-6 unknown persons came to the house of the informant and started firing due to which elder brother and mother of the informant got injured.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of causing firearms injury is against co-accused Nand Lal Paswan, Birbal Kumar and Banwari Gope. This petitioner is only alleged to be

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Piplawan P. S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
