JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is printed in the daily cause list.

However, learned AC to GA-1, by referring to the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed today itself on behalf of the respondent no.4, submits that the writ petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed as no final order has been passed till date. If the petitioner is at all aggrieved by the impugned notice, he can appear before the competent authority and raise all the objections, which are sought to be raised in the present proceeding.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
