This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46815 of 2016, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in this Modification Application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 31.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46815 of 2016, is hereby extended by sixteen weeks from today.
