2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22, 21(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with allegation of selling small packets of smack.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28418 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
