JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for grant of Family Pension to the petitioner in lieu of the death of her so-called husband Late Ramadhar Giri who was getting political freedom fighter pension on the ground that she has obtained a succession certificate in her favour, however, considering the limitation/ constraints of the present petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.18836 of 2014(7) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 petition with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her grievance before the concerned authority.
