JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 04.07.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case No. 215 of 2015 whereby while taking cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.
