2. The deficit court fees, has been deposited by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is accepted. The certified copy of the corrected impugned order which has been furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record.
3. This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 15.01.2025 passed in B.P. No. 4 of 2025 by the 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram arising out of Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 704 of 2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to press this application on merits, which is not permissible.

5. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
6. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.
