The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/161 of 2018 Trial No. 1917 of 2018 registered under Sections 365/384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of paragraph-12 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28526 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 petition, it appears that the occurrence took place on 11.04.2018 and the complaint petition is filed on 31.05.2018 even after lapse of one and half months.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Cast No. C1/161/2018 (Trial No. 1917 of 2018) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
