2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. To quash the order dated 10.07.2024 vide Letter No. 1857(21) issued by the in charge officer Finance Department Government o Bihar. The Petitioner earlier filed a C.W.J.C.

2/4 No. 17904/2022 against the Department Pay the Pay-Band Rs. 6600. The Hon'ble High court given a direction to this petitioner you find a representation before the concern authorities. The Petitioner filed representation before the authorities, the authorities passed a wrongly order."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos.2 & 5, Pay Fixation - Calculation Sheet has been annexed as Annexure-R/D. He submits that the petitioner is well satisfied from the said calculation sheet. On the other hand, he submits that Annexure-R/F i.e. letter dated 01.07.2022 contained in Memo No. 931(21) is in contradiction with the said calculation sheet which is Annexure-R/D.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos.2 & 5 has very much clarified each and every aspect of the matter and there is no need of any interference by this Court.

5. After hearing the parties and upon the specific argument made by counsel for the petitioner that he is well satisfied from Annexure-R/D, this Court hereby make the Pay Fixation - Calculation Sheet as part and parcel of the present

6. It is directed to the respondent authority to make payment to the petitioner according to the Pay Fixation - Calculation Sheet vide Annexure-R/D scanned above, if not paid, within three months from the date of this order.
