2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have suppressed the criminal antecedent which is clear from the case diary.

4. Without going into the merit of the case, this application is rejected on the ground of suppression of criminal antecedent.
