This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.469 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 103(1) read with section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.
The petitioner is not named as an assailant of the deceased. The accused persons named in the F.I.R. have stabbed the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2024. He claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27294 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J., XVII, Muzaffarpur /concerned Court below, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.469 of 2024, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on each and every date fixed in the trial.

This is also subject to the condition that at the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
