2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Banka, vide order dated 02.01.2024, in connection with Complaint Case No. 628 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
