Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted permission to add extension of time to surrender in the main petition. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33000 of 2022 to extend the period of surrender and to correct the father's name of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33000 of 2022. The father's name of the petitioner has been shown as Sukhari Raut and the name of the petitioner's father on Aadhar Card is Surendra Raut. It is submitted that the alias name of the father of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32857 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 was not mentioned in the main petition, as such he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the name of the father's name of the petitioner at the cause title be read as "Surendra Raut @ Sukhari Raut", as well as the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.91 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Session Judge-VII cum Special Excise Court-II, Sitamarhi, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. .

The order dated 09.09.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
