KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-10-2020 This application has been filed for modification of judgment dated 6.7.2020 passed in CWJC No.23562 of 2019 titled as Md. Ali Afsar Versus the State of Bihar and others. It is stated that due to inadvertence, in the cause title of the writ petition, the station of Respondents No.2 to 4 have been wrongly been typed as District 'Gopalganj' in place of 'Siwan' and due to the said mistake, the said error has crept into

Patna High Court MJC No.1068 of 2020(2) dt.15-10-2020 2/2 the judgement dated 06.07.2020. It is further stated that the petitioner could not appear before the authority concerned on 27th July, 2020 at 10.30 A.M.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the modification, as prayed for, is allowed.

Registry to make necessary correction in the cause title of CWJC No.23562 of 2019 titled as Md. Ali Afsar Versus the State of Bihar and others.

The Judgement dated 06th July, 2020 is modified to the extent that wherever, the District-'Gopalganj' has been mentioned, it should be read as 'Siwan'. Also, the date of appearance before the concerned authority is extended to 30th October, 2020 at 10.30 A.M.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modifications.

Interlocutory Application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
