2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a Departmental Appeal in accordance with provisions of Rule 169 of the SSB Rules 2009.
3. If the petitioner files any limitation petition, the authority concerned must consider the fact that the petitioner has been availing the remedy before this Court and the same must be considered, while considering the limitation petition filed on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
