The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.261 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307, 379 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation made against the petitioner is that he opened fire causing injury to the informant Sudhir Kumar Sahni. The order rejecting the application for bail passed by the learned Session Judge would reflect that medical report corroborates the allegation made in the FIR.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant pre-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35508 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
