1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by the present writ petition, the poor and helpless widow lady petitioner craves indulgence before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.5 to expedite the trial/proceeding of the consumer complaint no.269/2022 by day to day hearing and to dispose of the said case within a fixed and stipulated period of 5 months as provided u/s 38(7) of Consumer Protection Act - 2019 so that a poor and helpless widow lady could not

Though it is the prayer of the petitioner to direct the District Consumer Forum, Patna to dispose off the pending Consumer Complaint, filed by the petitioner bearing Complaint Case No.269 of 2022, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the District Consumer Forum, Patna and file a petition for expediting the proceedings of the aforesaid Complaint Case No.269 of 2022, hence it be directed to be considered sympathetically.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to observe that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the District Consumer Forum, Patna for early disposal of the aforesaid Complaint Case No.269 of 2022, the District Consumer Forum, Patna shall consider the same sympathetically.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
