The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 62430 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 07.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-4 to the bail application. Since the charges against the petitioner have been

No.28839 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Badahiya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
