In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the order dated 29.01.2013 contained in Memo No. 05, issued by the Secretary, Gram Panchayat Kalikapur, Madhubani, by which his services as Panchayat
Patna High Court CWJC No.5545 of 2013 (3) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 Shishak, Primary School, Nav Toli, Kalikapur, DistrictMadhubani, has been terminated and respondent no. 12 has been directed to be appointed in place of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani, for redressal of his grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
