That this is an application for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order of termination dated 30.01.2016 issued by Chief Engineer Head Quarter, Eastern Command Engineers Branch C/O- 99 APO (Pin-908542) Kolkata Fort William whereby and whereunder services of the petitioner have been terminated on the post of Lower Division Clerk at the behest of Staff Selection Commission (Eastern Region), Kolkata, vide their letter No.3/2/2013NOM/15832 dated 10.11.2015."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities and / or avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.
