The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three accused persons on the point of firearm snatched the motorcycle of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against three unknown. In course of investigation the said motorcycle was recovered from the garage of one Sonu Kumar, not the petitioner herein. The name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of the co-accused made before police wherein the petitioner, also named Sonu Kumar,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39067 of 2021(5) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 is said to be an accomplice. Inspite of being in custody since 22.2.2021 and chargesheet having been submitted in case, he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 11 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case no. 859 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
