Mr Rabindra Kr Priyadarshi, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE A ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2025 Without going into the merits/demerits, the present writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of both the counsels.

2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an Advocate who has rendered his services to the Gaya Municipal Corporation from 1999 to 2010, however the bills of the petitioner have not been cleared till date. Learned counsel submits that though number of representations have been given to the authorities concerned for payment of the professional fees amounting to Rs 2,17,050/-, the authorities have not not paid the same. Further, it is stated

Patna High Court CWJC No.7312 of 2025(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/3 that the petitioner has given representations from time to time seeking payment of the above amount but no steps have been taken by the respondent-Corporation to pay the outstanding amount due to the petitioner for the professional services rendered by the petitioner as an Advocate. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks a direction to the respondent-authorities to pay the above mentioned amount by fixing a time frame. 3 Per contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Gaya Municipal Corporation submits that the petitioner may be directed to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievances along with the bills and also the list of cases in which the petitioner has appeared. In case the same is given, the authorities shall verify the same and make the necessary payments.

4 Having regard to the above mentioned facts and circumstances and also the submission made by both the counsels, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a suitable representation to respondent No 2 duly enclosing the copies of all the bills and also the list of cases where he has appeared on behalf of the Gaya Municipal Corporation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6 With the above direction, the CWJC stands disposed of.
