The present application for initiation of proceeding for contempt against the respondents has been filed alleging non payment of the amount of interest as directed in the order dated 12.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C No. 16904 of 2012.

Patna High Court MJC No.6164 of 2012 dt.09-12-2015 Earlier on the prayer of the respondents, the matter was adjourned granting liberty to the respondents for compliance of the directions of this court by filing supplementary show cause. It has been stated on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 4 to 6 that the order has been complied and the amount of interest as directed has been paid to the petitioner, who has also given a receipt in that regard which has been annexed as Annexure-L. From the perusal of the receipt (Annexure-L) it transpires that the amount of interest as paid by the respondents has been received by the petitioner with further statement that no amount is due as claimed in C.W.J.C No. 16904 of 2012. No rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioner controverting the aforesaid fact.

In view of the aforesaid fact the present application is, accordingly, dismissed.
