Vide order dated 22.02.2022, the Court below was directed to submit a report containing stage of trial. Now it has been informed vide Letter No. 98 of 2022 dated 02.03.2022 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Madhubani that the case is likely to be disposed of at the earliest.

Considering the report and the progress in the conduct of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial well within a period of six months.

If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of the trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38738 of 2021(4) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 after the aforesaid period.

Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
