2. The petitioner has filed the present application for the following reliefs:
(i) For commanding the respondent authorities for lodging First Information Report against the private respondents.
(ii) For commanding the respondent authorities to save the life of the petitioner along with family members who are living under pressure and may be killed by the private respondents.
(iii) For commanding the respondent authorities to take legal action against the private respondents who are forcibly restraining the petitioner for cutting the wheat plant which is being destroyed for his land bearing Khata No.01 (old) 636 (new) Khesra No.570 (new) 192, 193, 194 (old) total area 10 decimal situated at the Village- Golma, P.S.

3. The S.H.O of Kusheshwarsthan Police Station, Darbhanga, has appeared and he has informed this Court that Tilkishwar O.P. P.S. Case No.90 of 2025 has been registered on the written report of the petitioner.
