The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S.Case No.67 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the seriousness of the case in which six stolen/looted motorcycles were recovered and name of the petitioner was disclosed by a co-accused as one of the active participants in commission of the offence, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail
