2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 41, 32 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 963 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a seized Alto car and Bolero pick-up van and this petitioner is registered owner of said pick-up van.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized vehicle, from which, illicit liquor has been recovered, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
