Earlier, the criminal appeal, filed on behalf of appellant for grant of regular bail, was rejected, vide order dated 24.11.2020 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 1527/2020. The trial court report reveals that the case is pending for prosecution evidence and uptillnow, except I.O., S.H.O. and M.O., all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the criminal appeal, filed for grant of bail, is rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably; within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
