JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents not to build Road-Bridge under Government scheme on the private land of the petitioner bearing plot no. 400 Khata no. 226 at Fatehpur Gram Panchayat Parariya P.S. and circle Sonbarsa Raj DistrictSaharsa which is in the name of the petitioner's wife.

(ii). For direction upon the respondents to stop the construction of the road-bridge on the private land of the petitioner which is in the name of his wife.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence, the same be disposed off. 3.
