JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.11.2004 whereby and whereunder the Ekrarnama/agreement of license of the petitioner under Public Distribution System (P.D.S. Shop) has been cancelled.
2. A perusal of the impugned order dated 26.11.2004 discloses that the agreement for the license was cancelled with immediate effect against which the petitioner had filed a representation dated 03.12.2004 (Annexure-2) for revival of the license.
3. This Court takes note that the petitioner has approached after inordinate delay of more than a decade and as such the petitioner has not acted with due diligence, there being
