Petitioner seeks bail in Suiya P.S. Case No.35 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of storing and black marketing of LPG cylinder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is a student and he was taken into custody on 24.04.2021. It is further submitted that the examination of the petitioner is going to be held from 22.10.2021. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Banka in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No.35 of 2021.
