JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-09-2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 11.01.2012 along with newspaper publication (Annexures 2 and 3) by which the respondent-Bank has taken recourse to the initiation of the proceeding under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("the SARFAESI Act") for recovery of its dues.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls today.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that the petitioner has since liquidated the entire outstanding amount and the account of the petitioner has now been closed.
