It is contended that in the writ petition, the description of land has erroneously only been given as Khesra No.329 though that should have been part of Khesra No.337 which would be evident from Annexure-2 to the writ petition and due to that reason, in the judgment dated 10.09.2015 passed in CWJC No.3346/2015 that description has also been described. Learned counsel seeks correction in the second paragraph of the aforesaid judgment dated 10.09.2015.

Patna High Court MJC No.990 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the State does not have any objection.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 10.09.2015 is modified to the extent that it would be deemed to have been with respect to Khesra No.337 in place of Khesra No.329. This application stands disposed of.
