JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the concerned court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within a period of three weeks from today, the concerned court shall hear and dispose of the petition for grant of regular bail of the petitioner on the same day considering the fact that case and counter case is pending between the parties.
