====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the State as well as the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner filed an application for voluntary retirement, which was accepted by Memo No. 983, dated 19.09.2018, with effect from 30.09.2018, as contained in Annexure 6, wherein the voluntary retirement was accepted and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8785 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 any dues which was pending against the petitioner would be recoverable from his pensionary benefits. The petitioner retired from the post of Chal Chitra Chalak in the Department of Information and Public Relation, Government of Bihar, Patna. Petitioner submits that in spite of acceptance of voluntary retirement with retiral benefits he has not been paid his post retiral benefits, including gratuity, leave encashment, provident fund and other admissible dues.

Considering the fact that the voluntary retirement of the petitioner was accepted with retiral benefits, the Director, Information and Public Relation Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, is directed to disburse the post retiral benefits of the petitioner within a period of three months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. All payments would be made to the petitioner within the said period. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Shamshad/- U
