JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 It was submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the officials of Lalit Narayan Mithila University in presence of Sri Ratan Kumar Kunwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG No. 8 that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. The submission made by learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner however he wanted for issuance of some more directions.

The Court is of the opinion that while exercising contempt jurisdiction it would be difficult to pass any order

Patna High Court MJC No.5452 of 2012 (4) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 beyond the order passed by the writ court.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of . If so advised , petitioner may approach the authority concerned.
