The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant case is counter blast of Murliganj P.S. Case No.219 of 2017 registered on the basis of information made by brother of the petitioner Lalit Kumar Verma against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59401 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 informant and others. He submitted that even otherwise the specific allegation of causing injury to the informant with kulhari on his head is against co-accused Buchan Lal Das alias Lalit Lal Das and not against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
