The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 120B, 313 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of POCSO Act.

Considering the allegation made in the F.I.R that the petitioner sexually abused the minor daughter of the informant which fact has been supported by victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
