JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Certificate Case No. 18/2014-15 dated 25.07.2014 (Annexure-2) the Certificate case was filed by the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Madhepura against the petitioner whereby and whereunder in the Certificate Case on 09.05.2015 the District Certificate Officer, Madhepura has issued the Distress warrant against this petitioner for recovery of the alleged amount of Rs. 93,87,702/- (ninety three lac eighty

(ii) For further quashing the impugned order dated 09.05.2015 initiating the certificate proceeding through the certificate case no. 18 of 2014-15 has been initiated by the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Madhepura.
(iii) For stay the further proceeding of certificate case no. 18 of 2014-15 during the pendency of the writ petition. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states in paragraph-12 of the writ petition that the objection petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Madhepura (respondent no. 7) to consider and dispose of the objection petition filed by the petitioner, if still pending, in accordance with law.
