JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment rendered in the case of Vishwanath Pandey v. the State of Bihar & others, reported in 2013(3) PLJR 305 (SC). Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 6 could verify as to whether the case of the petitioner is covered or not.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.10154 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 representation before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, the case of the petitioner is found similar to that of the respondents of the aforesaid judgment rendered in the case of Vishwanath Pandey v. the State of Bihar & others (supra), similar relief would be granted to the petitioner herein within a period of six weeks therefrom.
