The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur) P.S. Case No. 868/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/ 427/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Farsa blow on the head of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to land dispute, some mar-pit took place between the parties and the family members of the petitioner has been made accused in this case. It is further submitted that the injury which is said to have been inflicted on the head of the informant, has been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.29184 of 2020(4) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of injury, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur) P.S. Case No. 868/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
