This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute and the petitioners have clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 47 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
