The petitioners filed this petition for modification of the order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11558 of 2018 and for extension of time for their surrender in the court below in pursuance of the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies. They could not be informed about the order dated 27.02.2018 and that is why they could not surrender in the court below.

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioners are ladies, the modification petition is allowed. The period for surrender of the petitioners, namely, Urmila Devi and Sulekha Kumari are extended for four weeks in pursuance of the order dated 27.02.2018.
