1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29863 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S.
