Pursuant to order dated 21.12.2015, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation is present and files show cause as well as supplementary counter affidavit. In the show cause he

Patna High Court CWJC No.18731 of 2012 dt.05-01-2016 2/2 has tendered apology for not having complied with the earlier order of the Court dated 11.12.2015.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court accepts the apology and does not propose to proceed any further in the said matter against him.

As far as merits are concerned, details have been brought on record to show that all admitted dues of the late mother of the petitioner have been paid. However, there is no clarity with regard to differences on account of revision of pay/pension having been paid to the late mother of the petitioner for the period she was alive, that is, from 1996 to 2002. If a representation is filed by the petitioner before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the same shall be looked into and if it is found that full payment has not been made, the same shall also be paid within the next four weeks. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
