The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.100 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is an accused in another case, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
