The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that Kunti Devi was married with Rajesh Mahto in the year 2015 and on account of non fulfillment of dowry, the victim has been killed by administration of poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are sister-in-law (Gotni) of the victim, living separately. The husband is in jail.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the

No.37455 of 2018 (2) dt.05-07-2018 2 /2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Fuli Devi @ Fuli Didi and Puja Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 10th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S.
