The petitioner has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Medani Chowk P.S. Case No.62 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have fired causing injury to the son of the informant, namely Kunal Paswan, in the stomach.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are false, there is pending dispute between the parties and the petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2019. Case diary was called for by order dated 30.04.2019.

No.28026 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 It is submitted by learned A.P.P. for the State that there is direct allegation on the petitioner of having fired on Kunal Paswan which is supported by the witnesses whose statement have been recorded by the police in course of investigation including the statement of Kunal Paswan himself in paragraph 43 of the case diary.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, there being direct allegation against the petitioner of having fired on the son of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
