It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated period of time due to COVID-19 pandemic.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38614 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 13.04.2021 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
